Although many women seek medical
help during their menopausal years, there are many strategies that
you can adopt by yourself to manage your own treatment, including
a range of natural therapies, from aromatherapy to yoga. All therapies
have thier strengths and weaknesses and most are better for some
things than for toehrs. Some you can practise yourself, while for
others you will need to find a qualified practitioner in order to
